My cynical view:
- Smash the share price
- Issue a swag of options to the directors using a significantly lower VWAP as the base so that yesterdays share price looks like a 30% premium to VWAP!
- Announce a sale to RRL at 11.4 cents a share; and
- Laugh all the way to the bank! $$$$
