They couldn't have worded it any better if goal was to remove the hot money; big near term costs, big dilution, prolonged timeline, no talks yet.
I sold a few into the match (7.5c) and bought them all back + more sub 7c. You dont get that much vote if this announcement was what was to come. I sense games.
