the wa govt thinks CCE is probably insolvent.

the auditors essentially think CCE is insolvent, not least because their financial statements were "reviewed" not audited.

CCE thinks their on the up and up....

so, one has to ask the question, how long have the directors of CCE been deluding themselves about the reasonable probability of funding and as such it's solvency?

hint : around about the same time the govt baulked at the funding last year.

....now where's that new and improved big scary ASIC I wonder.
