CCE will come up with the money some how. Thats my belief anyway, too much at stake and it was an election promise. Last thing anyone wants is another OPTT situation. Naysayers and gloaters have brought enough bad publicity to this situation already, to no ones benefit except political opponents and fossil fuel industry. MF for one has too much to lose.
