Ceto 6 was already going to have on-board PTO before Ceto 5 even got into the water. This wasn't something learned and applied from Ceto 5 or "pursued as a priority". Unless delaying Ceto 6 by 3-4 years (as it was originally supposed to be deployed in 2016) was their method of prioritizing.
We've all seen the "graph" with no scale many times, and it is nothing. Worse than nothing. A meaningless squiggle. In no way does it count as any sort of "release". And the CEO who at the time was lead engineer on Ceto 5 says he doesn't even remember how it performed...
