I think the deafening silence so far seems to be the answer to your VIC CR announcement hope. If there is nothing today then it is unlikely (though not impossible) that there will be any announcement about the CR on Friday.
It is my view that they need to be certain about what they are offering (what have they really got in the way of tenements - actually secured beyond doubt) before they can set out CR offer documents. There could be legal consequences if they get it wrong. We have had enough of those potential situations.
So hopefully the BOD and the Company Secretary are flat out sorting those issues out and making sure everything is 100% watertight.
