CJTJ I am glad to record your wholehearted support and endorse your sentiments entirely.
If I was on the new VIC BOD then it is one issue that I would be urging the rest of the Board to seriously consider and build into the upcoming CR.

Of course there are a number of other things that I would want to be thoroughly checked and ticked off as being definitely in place before moving forward which I will outline shortly. After all a change of name alone isn't going to clear the muddy waters but it would certainly make a definite statement that the old VIC has been consigned to the rubbish heap and that what is being presented by the new BOD is the sanitized, disinfected and thoroughly trustworthy new company.
