So definitely the math has aligned with the correlation of the Oppie's to the Heads folks. And if I'm any judge the Op's will be the Key in moving us forward. I also strongly believe they will hold open any CR to the options holders as well. That was another reason I swooped on them yesterday. There is plenty of precedence for this and of course having been in lock down for such a lengthy period , and given the sheer number of Dec 2020 options outstanding - it is my firm belief they will have no choice but to open them up to the CR entitlement. And here's why : - so as per the Annual Report we had a total 603,752,013 $.02 options expiring 28 December 2020 of which 178,571,428 or ( 29.6 % ) were issued in consideration for the Cobalt Prospecting Tenements. Add then the performance shares comprising 142,857,143 shares to convert at a given price . So that makes a total of 746,609,146 potential convertible shares out of a total of 1,225,916,246 currently on issue NOW. So therefore the options + performance shares represent a total of 37.9 % of a potential post converted SOI scenario SOMETIME between now and December 28th , 2020.
And therein lies folk's the ' Pump ' FOUNDATIONS I am referring to and the reasons I aggressively bought into the OA's yesterday.Whatever the case , it would be fair to say the new BOD will have planned a news pipeline full of sweetener's ahead of any planned CR. And while I'm certain they will need to tread carefully given the recent scrutiny by the ASX , there will definitely be some positive news flow items coming out as they run the rule all over our Tenements. One thing I think they will definitely do first IMO is to distance themselves from the Bonaparte tenements. Perhaps on a reverse ' farm-in ' basis to alleviate the rather un -achievable performance targets and tonnages set on those prospects.Whichever way it plays out , I think we can expect some very creative arrangements with respect to our basket of tenements. Whether it be ' Farm in ' or even ' Free Carry ' to decision to mine - its looking very nice for the Oppie's to take a leading role in paving the way forward for any future financial success.Good Luck for Monday folks - and Very VERY happy to be aboard VIC again......
