That 1 for 3 limitation for the second stage could be a problem. I only have 1/2mill shares so I could only chip in with $500, some lose more in one night at the pokies and definitely better odds than playing Lotto, so what the hell.
Like me I don't think many investors would have been silly enough to invest big in this company either, so it could be tricky getting that $1.2mill with the few who do want to take the risk but can't buy more at the SPP.
