No....the midnight comment pertains to shareholding relating to the 249.
Voting is different ....if in doubt, you don't vote until you finish buying....it's what you have registered at the time you vote, and...it may be updated if you buy/sell prior to the meeting ....not sure on that though....that's a question for the registry
