Jcs is far from expensive when valuing the recurring revenue on a multiple of say 1.5 then add cash.
For what it's worth... My wife is right now is at a Netsuite jcurve presentation day at the Hyatt... She works for a firm that has 30-40 staff. It is owned by a listed box that holds about 6 other similar style businesses and looks to be moving to jcurve.... They particularly like the integration it has to offer...
Jcs continues to be my largest holding. It has a rising baseline value which currently stands at n above 5 cents using method above...
