So what I can gather is.
The shareholders pooled their voting power together and now have over 10% voting power.
The vote was on appointing independent directors to the board. Which is part of what the current BOD proposed to the ASX to avoid being delisted.
I believe the ultimate goal is to call for a spill of the board to get rid of elliford and clee
