I think a good starting point would be a letter to the ASX asking on what grounds one company should be held in suspension so long due to the actions of another company.
Sure the directors are linked, but why is VIC being hamstrung on their ability to raise capital and move forward because of the indiscretions of a completely separate entity.
Treat them as separate, and do your job ASX.
