Why does number of shares held matter?
Some of those involved in similar groups with other companies hold 0 shares. They just want to see directors held accountable for their actions.
Will still be an uphill battle, over 5% means you can lodge a s249d notice to call a meeting but getting the support of all those shareholders who don’t use HotCopper or social media will be difficult.
