I wouldn't disagree with your possibility either Kotaredrew. Certainly, if we are to believe the previous update that Dr Ellingford signed off on, it did say that ithe VIC BOD was working strenuously (or words to that effect) with the ASX in an effort to get the suspension lifted....( as I say if you want to believe that sudden change of heart about how important the ordinary shareholders are to the VIC BOD).The ASX may well have suggested that if they were serious then they needed to cut their ties with Everblu. How did paying Everblu a generous monthly donation ever help shareholders or be in their best interests. Just amounts to "protection" money in a sense IMHO.
Anyway to appease possibly both the ASX and angry shareholders the visible connection has been severed. Whether that severance has cost VIC some penalty payment hasn't been disclosed. Hopefully not but knowing the"actors" involved it wouldn't surprise me.
