Just put those crooks on closely watchlist or blacklist and scrutinized all transactions and make sure

Periodevery transactions has voting options for all shareholders ...that's all they can and need to do . Whatever was done has already passed.  They cannot indefinitely suspend the counter as there is a lot of shareholders involved .

By hindsight asx should have scrutinized the transactions and ask the necessary questions ..not a few months later when they can't unscramble the rotten eggs.
