Think rationally. Why did AnS keep chasing this sophisticated investor for almost 6 months to pay $2.6 million (discounted share price at 0.013 relative to 0.017 the closing share price prior to the trading suspension) when this investor did not pay within 14 days after the signing of shares subscription agreement in August 2018. Per ANS announcement in 15 Feb 2019, the new deadline to pay this $2.6 million will be due on 15 March 2019 i.e., Next week Friday (another 9 trading days). Why did not AnS cancel it when this investor did not pay within 14 days, six months ago and why did not AnS offer it to other sophisticated investors in particular after the announcement of the acquisition deal between ANS and SDL signed in September 2018?

Why did not this sophisticated investor to pay $2.6 million which was based on discounted price of 0.013 If the deal at 0,013 is so good. Another question is that why did AnS wait so long to disclose to the market regarding this unpaid $2.6 million? Is it $2.6 million immaterial or material information?

How will you respond to these questions?

Go back to the ASX Listing Rule 3.1 Continuous disclosure.
