    Up to now, SDL has not called for Special Shareholders Meeting to obtain SDL shareholders' approval for the issuance of shares to ANS. The SDL shareholders' approval is one of the conditions in the acquisition deal which must be satisfied by 31 March 2019. Per the Australian Corporation Law, it requires 1 month notice before the meeting.
