ANS/WAPRC and SDL is unlikely to satisfy all conditions in the acquisition deal by 31 March 2019. Any extension of the deal will depend on noteholders' decision. Do you think that noteholders will extend the deal beyond 31 March 2019? If yes, do you think that the deal will be completed by 31 July 2019 with the fact that China's NDRC has not approved the outbound investment of WAPRC???
Facts:
1. Cameroon Government insists that SDL/ANS should bring the RIGHT CHINESE PARTIES as the main condition for the extension of Mbalam convention permit (see SDL chairman report).
2. One of the conditions in the acquisition deal is to obtain SDL shareholders' approval. This is unlikely to happen by 31 March 2019 since any shareholders meeting, the notice should be sent out to ALL shareholders one month prior to the meeting..
3. It has been almost 5 months that ANS still can not respond to the ASX 's inquiry regarding the source of funds.
4. Without China's NDRC approval, WAPRC will not be able to transfer money from China to ANS in Australia even for Midwest project.
