Well that's great news if true! I've been positive all along. Mainly about prospects with Oakajee, but this sideline (SDL) tied in with the Belt & Road Initiative, the Chinese clout needed to get the job done, well, the stars have been aligning in Central Western Africa. Fingers crossed!
