I only gave you all facts based on what has been announced by the company so far.
On 14th Feb 2019, news emerged that the ASX has delisted 8 Chinese companies from the ASX in 2018 and mostly due to reporting and corporate governance issue. On 15the Feb 2019, ANS announced for the first time via the ASX that the sophisticated investor who signed the subscription agreement for $3 million at discounted price of 0.013 in August 2018 and expected to pay within 14 days after the signing of the agreement, has not yet paid and the company decided to extend the payment to 15 March 2019 i.e., six months after the deal versus agreed terms i.e. 14 days after the signing of the agreement.
The company can come and go but many investors have suffered a great loss as the result of those companies did not follow the rule of the game (ASX Listing Rule 3.1 Continuous Disclosure)
The trading suspension has been more than 6 months, and why the ASX has not lifted the trading suspension? Can you please answer this question?
