I wonder what the reply from the ASX to HDY was on Friday. Obviously it has not been made public so you can only presume that they have indicated to HDY that the ASX wants to see the detailed information of what HDY were going to offer the ASX as to how HDY would be operated into the future to avoid being delisted.I would suggest that until that is provided to the ASX before 10 am on Friday and either gets the thumbs up or the thumbs down then the ASX will not be making any comment about VIC's situation. So we drag on and whatever money that is left in the VIC till is getting dangerously low if it hasn't already run out.
