I'm pretty sure I read a post somewhere......wait it was one of yours. Wasn't sure at first as there has been so many . Actually , in excess of 600 posts in just over 2 months ( that's 10% of your total posts in 2 months since 2007 ! )
Anyway , the crux of your post was in the usual negative slant on matters which went on about how you were adamant it would be impossible for the VIC BOD to be able to mobilize a drill rig on site to fulfill the drilling objectives as stated - mainly due to the traditional holiday shutdown you said.
So it would appear your question sor statements as per this new post is simply a regurgitation of your own material.
Why would anyone want to do this as your questions seem to have already been asked, stated , and answered .........by yourself ! .......
