What on earth are you saying tange88? Do you seriously believe that VIC is going to have its suspension lifted and will be free to trade again.? I wish you luck on that suggestion.By the time ASX go through VIC's replies and analyse the material we have not seen they are probably going to find the same or similar faults in what VIC has done in its relationships with Everblu IMHO.
I think that ASX will delist HDY on Friday morning and then either release it findings on VIC or request further answers after Friday morning. Or it may be that ASX will wait until the beginning of next week before hitting the VIC Board for six.
No I think they intend to send a clear message to the Directors of HDY and VIC and any other like minded director or management that the ASX is gunning for any breaking of the rules. The line is being drawn in the sand. IMHO. And about time.
