The other interesting comment that can be made about that suggestion, muffin69, is that HDY has tried to defend its position by offering to appoint a corporate governance expert......but hang about a minute....... wasn't Ellingford on the HDY Board for some 17 months before he resigned 20 April 2018. Now surely he would have been able to impart his knowledge and guidance on to Clee while he was on the Board until he resigned and been available to consult after he resigned. After all they talked a lot on the phone about VIC and I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to talk about HDY matters at the same time. That excuse in the 21 Dec announcement looks very weak. Time is ticking for HDY and therefore for VIC
