Not a great deal said in this, perhaps just covering disclosure obligations. I read the announcement as we've been paid cash for the handling of Soar and will receive $5k worth of tokens for promotion? PBC can't be far off. Checked out the NCX white paper, they've got quite a lot of people involved now, most of those being advisors of some description.
