Sadly mate, you may be right. It sounds like the deal may not even go ahead and it was already on worse terms than the previous deal D.M was trying to broker (with all his trips OS and salary, he’s achieved absolutely nothing).

I think this will be nothing more than a tax loss for everyone.

A sad state of affairs..... a reminder that you must always endeavour to thoroughly research those who are at the helm of any company you invest in, and make sure once burnt that you never touch anything else they’re involved with.
