They refer to the mine being placed into care and maintenance but then advise that illegal mining will decrease once the mine floods!! I would have thought stopping the mine flooding would be central to the concept of care and maintenance! Anyways holders, you've done your doe on this one. Glad i took the loss at 2.4c
