Beard - I agree. Chris and Murray, as far as I’m aware, are doing their best to ensure Tommy considers Australian investors, and also complied with asx regulations. An example of this is the rights issue so all shareholders have the opportunity to participate and avoid dilution. Whether you decide to invest or not is irrelevant- the fact remains that this measure was taken to protect the interests of Aust share holders.

FYI - I’m appalled by Tommy’s and BSP actions (or lack of) over the past few years. I’d personally like to see them off the register - but at this stage that would create other issues.
