Credit where credit is due - progress appears to be occurring. New directors are having an impact from a management perspective and BSP have finally done something. Early days but pleasing to see this mornings announcement.
Not wanting to get ahead of myself, but if they can get a decent project or 2, secure some funds, and get moving we could rebound strongly off a low base if Chinese money flows in.
Small steps at this stage but positive nonetheless.
