Could also be an iceberg seller. That volume of selling is NOT what one wants to see. Very hard to know what’s going on in Bougainville on a regular basis and since most of the news is of a wary local population it’s easy to get spooked. Management would be wise to put in some nice photos of them with locals to show the level of community engagement.
