Agreed - Matt has his own greener pasture to go to. I hate to see Sales directors or GMs resigning because it carries the risk that they're just simply asked to leave as they have not been able to do the job properly.

Adrian is a well regarded global telecommunications executive with experience leading teams of sales professionals and managing global accounts for Telstra Wholesale." --> Is Adrian pretty much the replacement for Matt then in terms of chasing after sales for Indigo Cable System?
