Maybe people don't like the uncertainty associated with new CEO onboard. New CEO usually implies new strategies and will want to have his own stamp on the business. Could lead to further churn in senior management? I personally don't like the fact that GM Sales and Marketing is going to be replaced by someone else at this crucial stage of the company trying to lift up its sales level now that the assets are constructed.
