I think the benefits to Brontech are quite clear (i.e. access to larger capital pools and potential for growth, additional marketing reach and credibility that comes with being a publically listed company, and providing the opportunity for Emma and other seed investors to cash out some of its position). The benefits to OOK? I guess that all depends on whether Faldi believes in the fundamentals of the business. The fact that they appointed Emma as a director speaks volumes to me as well. An appointment of that nature was not necessary for the size of the investment OOK was making if that was going to be limit of its interest in Brontech.
