Well lets hope its done around the 5c+ mark if it's a merger, considering we probably could have bought Bron tech for est. 6mil? ( going by 18% stake for 1mil). Otherwise, dilution is going to be a big issue at these prices. This wouldn't be fair value for shareholders.
