Nothing we didn't know apart from Faldi paying himself another $120k a year. Don't have a huge issue with this as he has been paying himself peanuts to date. Nice to see them being transparent by disclosing this when really they could have hidden it. I'm surprised this announcement didn't come a week or so ago, but perhaps they wanted to bundle a few offers together in the one announcement.
