TH for a speedo gives companies 2 days to respond.
Suspension is when a stock fails to deliver an answer or produce what it needs to produce on time, and it enters a voluntary suspension for typically 1-5 days. However if a date is not set during the suspension it can go on for an uncertain period of time, I believe CR8 is an example of a stock in suspension for several months.
