Ann: Company Update, page-68

The Chairman Joshua Hunt IS a lawyer, and as Chairman and a Director, I think it is safe to assume that he gave approval for that initial ann (?). A lawyer of his experience and position in the Co. (with the knowledge he has on the Co.) in my book would have KNOWN the fabrication of that initial ann. Isn't he in the paid position to vet/approve such announcements? If so to my mind HE is just as culpable as Wallace for causing (intentionally?) the share price spike in which Wallace profited approx 100% on his contravened share sales. Actually, given that HUNT is a specialist corporate lawyer, he probably is even MORE culpable - because he would have surely KNOWN the bogus nature of that initial ann!! ALL Directors, Wallace and lawyer Chairman Hunt are culpable in this disgrace imo. This conduct needs to be exposed more than it so far has - and the simple resignation/boot of Wallace taking all his mega $'s he has made from this Co at shareholders expence is NOT ENOUGH!!
