The Directors - both those who sold into the initial fantastical announcement (and whilst obviously knowing the 'real' story as Wallace would have) and 'all and same Directors' who approved that initial announcement to be released are culpable of the damage done to this Co. (i.e. and shareholders of such). I think that would be a good angle for litigation. Every part of this destruction was instigated by the actions of the entire board, imo as they have severely faltered in the duties of directorship in an ASX listed company.
