The company and its antics aside, what is truely criminal is releasing the announcement so late on a Friday.
I mean really??...mark it not price sensitive....yet it leads to a nearly 50% fall in the share price.
Release it at nearly 3pm and give just 25 minutes to absorb the impact, then start trading again at 3.20pm on a Friday, when so many mum and dad investors would have no chance on being glued to the screen.
It's going to make for a pretty horrible weekend wait for what will be probably be another brutal opening on Monday.
I really believe that if a company is coming out of a suspension, that it should never trade until the next trading day, if the market is to be properly informed.
