I have been doing insurances for around 38 years and have only had two denials of which both should have been denied.statement

I just find this hard to believe if you've been in the industry for 38 years. I know many more than this just from experiences of people I know who did not get reimbursed for what they believed they should have due to very deceptive fine print. But you are right, like everything in life there are good operators and there are bad operators, but you can't deny that many insurance companies don't use deceptive tactics. That's just plain denial. Anyway wrong forum for this. Go ZIP!
