I understand your frustration as you have obviously been burnt by a "mate" and an insurer or two. I have been doing insurances for around 38 years and have only had two denials of which both should have been denied.statement. I broker in the travel , medical, life, disablement, trauma and income protection "space".Anyone who places insurance based on highest commission is a fraud and should not be in the industry however there are some who probably still exist.
