I have to agree with Letsee. He has clearly summarised the underlining rationale in support of the Pointerra story and I think it is important to retain our focus on that rather than chasing after red herrings.

What Pointerra has is the capacity to manage huge, immense, massive, ginormous cloud hosted datasets - you get the message? It is able to do this without the need for supercomputers; bog standard p.c's will suffice and the datasets can be easily shared and the data itself is highly accurate and scalable. It is this user friendly solution that is attractive to surveyors, engineers and other technical users of massive, high quality datasets.

The comments about the quality of the viewer reflect the look and feel of the dataset being hosted, not the hosting solution. Portree-scale datasets could be shown just like other companies, however the problem the sector has isn't hosting and visualising small data sets, but dealing with far larger datasets and doing it to scale. This is the solution provided by Pointerra.

We have received a number of really important announcements over the past few months including one that resonates very strongly with me. We now have paying customers, albeit at the lower end of the fiscal scale. What is so significant about the company generating a bit of revenue? The answer is that it provides clear cut Proof of Concept to the bigger end of town. The Big Boys are inherently risk averse and by providing them with working examples of our product they will be much happier adopting our solution - and paying a boatload for that privilege.

This company has been far from idle in recent times and they have kicked a number of crucial goals. Product development has progressed along with integration with complementary software. We have paying customers - a great result for our market segment. Pointerra is poised for rapid advancement and our share price is going to go through the roof.

DYOR. However, if you remain negative and want to sit back placing them on watch then you will be left behind at Letsee's train station. My money is on this stock and I am hitching a ride.
