open source is open source, support is basically up to the developers own time since they are not paid to do that, they just put the software as a guinea pig out there for people to test it and gather all the bugs so they can improve it and later make their own full fledge version of it in the future. Business will not use and pay for software without support! simple! From business point of view, you use the software and have issue, you call up the company and they will provide support and fix straight away. for opensource software, if there's an issue, you send them email or post it in the forum, you wait for unknown time until someone has time to make a patch.. That's the difference. It's better you pay for dedicated support with know ETA to have your issue fixed.
