its a little bearish yeah it would have been unlikely to go up up today (even with the big cobalt price last night but that could have won out ) - but it also signals indecision (hence why its stalling here a bit)
i dont think it will do an actual reversal as such true to pattern ... depends on buying support (also as its still very undervalue ) but im not commenting either way on that one
but the support looks good and the weekly chart is very strong and solid - the daily is never great for RXl anyway as the pre-eminent breakout could only be seen on the weekly
