Appears that the market got disappointed that Walker didn't vote against resolutions to re-elect board members. It suggests that he is disinterested and/or put it in the too hard basket and will move on. That or, he will top up further for another attempt at a later date.
Without Walker there is a just a board with past failings and a dud project. It's the first time that I've seen a company announce what acquisitions that they are looking at in such detail. After that news I could see a wave of selling into the liquidity.
