Thank you Bukka for helping me to see that I am so silly to take into account the fact that every great adventure in the past has ended up a bit of a fizzle. Yes I would like to have confidence to wipe the slate clean and not look back over my shoulder at all those derrick wrecks and feel eager about the next foray into a fresh exploit.

I am sorry that I have become somewhat cynical in my old age about the chances of the company (in whatever guise) ever finding a winning project on the basis of the track record so far.

Don't get me wrong I would be the first to jump for joy if they could just strike it lucky to find one project that could work successfully. I keep hoping that somewhere they are going to find that surprising secret project that is going to see success for this little company.

Yes they could have taken the plunge and blown the lot. So I guess we can hang on to the slim hope that somehow we are going to get lucky but the track record of ventures attempted so far does not instil a lot of confidence in the management selection decisions.

Again I hope they hit on the right one but there are a number of better resourced companies out there taking a careful look over what may be suitable to buy into.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and my slate clean!
