What's interesting is that there is no word from MLX about developments with TAM.
Similarly NST have simply pressed on with exploration of TAM.
No question litigation will be expensive, on the other hand I am also wary that any other acquisition targets may be just hesitant in dealing with MLX. Some may also say that MLX is sending a strong message that it won't be mucked around, however if MLX don't win this case to what end will they push such differences. Becomes very personal unfortunately.
Need to wait and see. I am a holder of MLX and in many respects I think they should move on and take any reasonable offer if it's on the table. On the other hand if MLX win the case you have to say very well done to them! I am not holding my breath, I can still see a resolution occurring before court.
