Squire, I think MLX is really angry that they got gazumped. They may well throw some $$$ at this out of pure spite. But the shareholders of MLX would need to consider whether that is appropriate..

It will come down to the written agreements, which seem to be conditional upon shareholder approval. Not exactly sure where MLX is coming from. If MLX' lawyers have clearly spelled out the basis of a potential claim, it would seem that the TAM Board is not too perturbed. The vote goes on. The count is next Monday.

What is really interesting to me is that NST wants Central Tanami. It must be good and it means TAM is way under-valued.

I may have mentioned this previously, but if you look at the background of the Chairman of TAM he is a very experienced Barrister specialising in company law. How serendipitous is that!! That point gives me a lot of comfort as a TAM shareholder.
