    Mark h, let's be clear the relationship has soured, always does on a dispute. Now let's say MLX case is upheld, the judge is likely to award damages because he/she will know that the relationship between the two parties is untenable.
    What u really need to focus on is whether MLX have a binding contract or not, if they have then MLX way of doing business is the norm. If they don't we simply move on and MLX sh's suffer.
